The gap between my front teeth has reduced in size measurably, more than I imagined before the work. I especially appreciated the time you spent explaining in detail each step as we progressed with the work, giving me advice on the best way forward. Your honest nature during our appointments also put me at ease. For the fee I paid, I’d certainly say I received value for money. The result of your dental work was as you specified it would be, and the flexibility of your weekly appointments meant I could get the most from the time the retainer was in place.

Dear Dr. Arbee,

When I called at your surgery earlier this year to have an assessment on my teeth, I was not prepared for your advice to have all my remaining upper and lower teeth stripped back and crowned. In fact I did say that I did not want to proceed. You did, however persist to strongly advise me to go ahead which I reluctantly agreed to. Your professional approach and manner were assuring and the result was that I now have teeth that look and feel like my own and I wish to thank you, most sincerely, for a job well done!

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have recently completed a course of dental treatment with Dr.Imran Arbee and am writing to say how pleased I was with all aspects of my treatment. In the past I had some poor experiences with dentists and came to the practice with some trepidation. Dr.Abee treated me with the utmost professionalism and pains to ensure that I was fully informed at all times, but at the same time was very friendly and approachable. He could see that I was not very happy with the look of my teeth and discussed several options with me. My dental treatment was painless and at the end I have teeth that I am not ashamed to smile with. Your receptionist, Jenny, was very proficient and at the same time very friendly. She has the balance exactly right. I have recommended the practice to both friends and family and am confident that they will be as happy with their treatment as I was.

Dear Dr. Imran Arbee,

I am writing to give you feedback on my recent dental treatment. I have for as long as I can remember been very afraid of the dentist and I have never ever completed a course of treatment. I have only ever gone to the dentist when I had a toothache and got that tooth treated and never returned. Over the years this has lead to me having a huge amount of dental treatment needing to be done. I again had the toothache and decided to join your surgery. I have never felt more relaxed about coming to the dentist. From the minute you enter the surgery, you are greeted with such friendly reception staff with a very personal touch which put me at ease immediately. I came into the surgery very anxious but you explained my treatment to me fully and very well. I told you how nervous I was and you ensured that all my treatment would be done quickly as possible. I was always told of every option available to me and you and your dental nurse always made me feel at ease. I had the sedation treatment which was Godsent for me and this was an option I never knew existed until I became your patient. I cannot believe that I have actually finished a course of treatment and this is all down to the relaxed and friendly atmosphere you have in your surgery. I can not thank you enough. I have recommended you to friends and family as I feel this is such a good surgery. Everything is clean and very efficient. There has always been appointments available to me at my convenience. Thank you again for making the treatment pain free and fast. This has turned what has always been a terrifying experience for me into routine. I feel very much at ease.
